On October 15, a training for teachers of the Kolomna Agricultural College was held in order to train teachers to work on the “My Career” platform. 10 teachers expressed a desire to learn how to work on the platform, among which there were 2 teachers who were already familiar with the platform. In addition to the teachers of the Kolomna Agricultural College, a teacher from the medical college also participated in the training.
The group was active and open. Teachers were actively involved in the discussion of the pros and cons of distance education, and in the discussion of courses on the My Career platform, and in dating games.
Despite the fact that teachers expressed concerns about the current workload of students, the participants appreciated the online platform as a useful tool for use in their courses related to professional adaptation and testing of students’ knowledge. As a result of the training, 10 groups of teachers were registered on the platform, some of which have already started recruiting students.
