TEACHERS TRAINING IN YEKATERINBURG

On October 14-15, 2021, a regular seminar for teachers “Interactive technologies for the development of professionalization and employment skills of students” was held in Yekaterinburg to prepare teachers to work with the online platform “My Career”.

The event was attended by 17 people: college teachers, social educators and psychologists, specialists in the practice and employment of students.

The training was preceded by a round table where colleagues were able to share their experience in the project “My career.”

So, teachers told about the issues of interaction with employers, about the results of work on the development of employment skills and promotion of employment of graduates, and also shared their experience of working with mentors of the project and the implementation of activities during class hours.

Lyudmila Semikova, Deputy Head of the Department of Interaction with Employers of the Yekaterinburg Employment Center, told about the employment opportunities of graduates.

The next stage is the recruitment of students and the completion of the course “Employment Skills” by students.

Recall that the main objective of the course is the development of flexible skills in order to prepare students for employment.

The teachers noted the effectiveness and relevance of the My Career platform, especially in the context of distance learning.
