The project is aimed at health care quality improvement and community commitment of women living with HIV. During the project gynecologists will be trained to consult on HIV issues. The trained specialists will run information campaign among medical staff in teams with activists (women living with HIV) in regional polyclinics and hospitals. Online system will be developed for women living with HIV, which will enable getting support services from trained doctors. Active women will be allowed to provide peer-to-peer support. The final conference will be organised by the end of the project, where the project results will be presented.
The project will be implemented in partnership with “STEP” Non-commercial Fund, Nizhnyi Novgorod and Regional Youth NGO “Young Medics of Don”, Rostov-on-Don.
The time frame of the project is 1.01.2020 – 31.12.2021.
