A training-supervision for the Champions of Journey4Life program took place in Rostov-on-Don on September, 14. The event was organised in the frames of Complex Support to Vulnerable Youth in the Sphere of Reproductive Health and Social Wellbeing in three Russian Regions project with the support of the European Commission. 12 people took part in the supervision. Champions from the first wave, newly trained Champions, and the project coordinator took part in it.
The purpose of the meeting was to inspire the team to be active within the framework of the project and to analyze difficult situations and fears of the Champions. The meeting was very emotional. The participants asked a lot of questions about the project, how to with the group and solve difficult issues. The champions were very happy with the results of the training and their changes. The most common difficult situations and the ways to solve them were considered during the training.
