On April 28, within the framework of the program “Assistance to Employment of Vulnerable Youth in Russia”, implemented by the FOCUS-MEDIA Foundation, students of Ekaterinburg colleges met with young businessmen of Ekaterinburg.
Ekaterina Fedorova, the founder of the Brow-studio, Evgeny Konovalov, the owner of the construction company, and Vladimir Vetrov, the owner of the advertising company spoke about their way in business, shared their entrepreneurial experience and life hacks for successful startups, and also gave some useful advice on what have to be done now in order to be successful in future.
The tips are simple:
– to work hard, especially when others are having rest
– to study and strive for self-development
– not to be afraid to act and make mistakes
– to set ambitious goals
– to prioritize and plan time wisely
